Some people experience issues with PagerDuty phone calls and voicemails being cut off or cut short. The solution is to set up a delay before the notification recording starts to play. To do so, go to my profile and edit the phone number under your contact methods. Add a comma—or several—to the end of your phone number and this will delay the start of the recording. Each comma will delay the start of the recording by one second.

(5 second delay)
415-555-1234,,
(2 second delay)
